Twisted Tea Leaves delivers only within Australia. Delivery is via Australia Post - although we may dispatch your item in a timely manner, delivery times are subject to the Australia Post schedule. If we become aware of significant delays, we will advise you.
Our Flat Fee covers packages up to 500g. Orders more than this may be subject to increased shipping charges, but we will contact you via email, should the need arise. Our orders are packed in sturdy recycled cardboard boxes and we use minimal packaging materials to reduce our impact on the environment.

Please be advised that while Whimsy & Wylde is focused on your satisfaction, items cannot be returned because of a change of heart.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON EARRINGS
We are unable to refund or exchange earrings because of hygiene requirements unless they are damaged on receipt or break within a ‘reasonable’ amount of time - to be discussed with us at bliss@whimsyandwylde.com.au. We are happy to discuss and will happily comply with all Australian Consumer Law requirements, however there are some exemptions allowed by the aforementioned ACL.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON GENERAL PRODUCTS
We are happy to exchange items should there be a detrimental defect in the packaging or if the goods are in some way unable to be used - this will be at our discretion and following discussions with you via bliss@whimsyandwylde.com.au. Shipping charges and methods of return will be negotiated/advised at that time.
